We first set sail on the Arcadia in June 1999.  Since then we’ve sailed every year on ships including the Oriana, Aurora and Arcadia.  We have played host to over 800 suppliers / consultancies and over 2,500 delegates.

This year we set sail on the Arcadia on 4th-7th October.  It is our 19th consecutive event.  It will also be the final time the event is held at sea! 

Why are we moving off ships?

Time – in today’s world we recognise it’s becoming ever more difficult for marketers to leave the office for 3 days.
Communications – whilst the ships have been an excellent venue over the years, the communications, specifically wi-fi are not up to modern business standards.
Success of other events in our marcoms portfolio – The Digital Marketing Forum takes places every March at The Grove in Hertfordshire.  It sells out year on year with excellent feedback on both the format and the venue.

So what next?

This year we are celebrating our 19th event.  As you’d expect demand for this last voyage has been high, with limited delegate places left and some supplier sectors already sold out.

In 2018 the event will move to the 5* Grove in Hertfordshire in November.  The format of the event will remain the same – networking, meetings and conference sessions for senior practitioners.

Which just leaves us to say a big thank you – to every delegate, executive, speaker and supplier who has sailed with us over the years – you’ve all helped to create an iconic event.
